I have a Asus laptop model no A6J why when I plug in a separate microphone/headphones into the side socket the - asus headphone and s/pdif
The microphone does not work, I checked the sound system and I Realtek HD audio in both cases.
The sound system works well only in the laptop, but I need headphones.
Laptop is 2 years
Can anyone help

Open the master volume control to activate the microphone or click the speaker icon on the right screen, then click the option that the properties and check the microphone, then click OK. Also check the volume or mute the microphone when the sound level.
