I have a small shop where I sell jewelry and fashion ladys hair accessories, bracelets, earrings, etc. I need a license if you ????? I want to sell everything for $ 1, and one Where can I find a place around Los Angeles in California?

Depends on the state. Above all, flea markets are really very simple. Pay for an item or a table and that's all. And perhaps a little sign that says to move its sales to avoid selling things below the purchase price, to think about the taxes.
In California, if you sell occasionally (once or twice) per year, no licenses. If you sell on a weekly basis, then they must be approved by the State Franchise Board.
