It is easy in the oven in a dehydrator and age of smokers, we have to do. You can go online and a lot of recipes and marinades. You can cut the meat into strips or ground and with the spices, you can cut with a rolling pin and roll into molds or you can buy one of these weapons to the press material on uneven ground. Rack probly work better than cooking, but I used the tool with great difficulty.
My husband has just been some last night actually. The Worchestire marinated in sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and I think it is, but can be longer. Cut the meat into strips and for 2 days in a vacuum sealed bag marinated in refridge. Place the meat in the dehydrator trays and one days later, voila jerky, deer.
You can buy your oven racks that jerky, and you can use any dry spice you want to add. And sooooo good meat with spices, which are embedded in the meat while the meat is dry. Meat can be dried in an oven at low temperature is approximately 150-200 well, and let the oven door slightly open so moisture can escape to the atmosphere and mounted so that the meat is properly dry.
