No, not really. A cast iron pan is ideal because is preheated to the golden crust of the pan in an oven at high temperature grease in the pan. A Tin Pan is not strong enough and can be deformed. Season iron pans are better, and every time they are used. I only get one of the pancakes. Good luck.
